Trip Information

Mike and I are finally getting our vacation quasi-finalized and planned, which is good, because it's in less than 10 days. We're leaving on the 22nd, a Friday, and driving to Los Angeles, where we will stay with Jon until Tuesday the 26th. In LA we're going to go to Disneyland and California Adventure because we're nerds and they're awesome (and Space Mountain has reopened and California Adventure has the Tower of Terror now, duh, excitement), so we're probably going to get 2-day Park Hopper passes for that, and then have one or two more days to do other LA stuff. I don't know what that is, though, so it's all kind of random. Mike's aunt keeps telling us about places that we "have" to go see, but I fear they'll be expensive/terrifying. I bet LA has cool malls/arcades/various things, though, so we need to plan this stuff better. Anyway, on Tuesday we're driving from LA to Vegas, land of fun and debachery, where we'll be staying three nights at the Excalliber Hotel, which is either reasonably nice or a terrible unspeakable shithole depending on which online reviews you believe. It was cheap, though, and I've already booked it, so that's where we're staying. It has a kickass location, at any rate. Then on Friday the 29th we return to Tucson via a boring-ass 8 hour drive through the wasteland that is western Arizona. Hooray!

I predict fun will be had.
